Posted by Joe Martin on Oct 25, 2016 1:41:31 PM

Today, we're delighted to announce a key hire in the appointment of Jeff Kreinik as Vice-President of Live Entertainment for North America.

Formerly Head of Festivals at TicketFly and Chief Operating Officer at Huka Entertainment, Jeff has more than 20 years' experience in the live entertainment sector. Starting today, Jeff will focus on growing SteamTeam's presence across the U.S. and Canada.

"I'm delighted to join StreetTeam and return to my roots in marketing," Jeff told Amplify. "There's a real need for software which can drive ticket sales at scale. StreetTeam makes that quick and easy, so I'm proud to help hasten its adoption across the U.S. and Canada."

Jeff joins us at an especially exciting time, following the successful closure of our $10 million funding round. Over the last 12 months we've also tripled our revenue by growing to over 150 clients and selling more than 200,000 tickets around the world.

StreetTeam raises $10 million to fuel continued growth

Posted by Joe Martin on Oct 12, 2016 1:46:28 PM

Today, we’re thrilled to announce StreetTeam has secured $10 million in funding as part of a new round led by Spring Partners, Frontline Ventures, Kindred Capital and Backed. This investment, which was announced exclusively via TechCrunch, also introduces new strategic partners such as Universal Music Group, Saatchi Invest and Peter Davies.

Today’s investment is the next step on our journey to create the world’s leading peer-to-peer sales software. At a time when brands are facing increased competition and are struggling to drive sales, we believe advocacy offers an opportunity to acquire customers by turning word-of-mouth into a genuinely scalable sales channel.
